Job Description
Sr Project Coordinator - IT & Infrastructure Services
Cabling) from initiation through completion.
Develop and update project plans, including project objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, and
schedules.
Assist in resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, and troubleshooting and
people management.
Ensures project results, and meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
Preparation of invoices and managing day-to-day transactions.
Conducting project reviews and status update meetings.
Manage multiple projects/assignments, manage teams specialized in different trades.
Monitors progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate.
Should be a team player and willing to take ownership.
Sound knowledge in MS Excel and Office.
Effective project review and monitoring skills.
Ability to identify, build, and maintain relationships to deliver success.
Ability to solve problems independently.
Highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Preferring work experience in Infrastructure project management.
Multi-Tasking skills and logical thinking capacity.
Bachelor s/Masters Degree in any discipline.
Sound Knowledge of accounting entries.
