Job Description
- Experience playing the Scrum Master role and running at least 40 sprint life cycles for a software development team; diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
- Guiding the team in self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Ensure that the team is adhering to the Scrum methodology and foster best practices in the team.
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and the organization.
- Arrange daily stand-up scrum meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo, and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of the adaptation process.
- Grooming and maintaining the product backlog by working with the required stakeholders.
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university.
- Scrum certified with a minimum 5-7 years of experience working in Product Development or IT Consulting Delivery teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile Scrum methodology and SDLC process.
- Should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous, Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games.
- Familiar with common development practices, Service-oriented environments, and Agile practices.
- Should have knowledge of cloud technology (Like Azure, AWS).
- Should have experience in offshore onsite setup.
- Preferred certificationsCSM, PSM, Prince, etc.
