Job Purpose
The People Services Data Administrator collaborates with in-country People Services managers across multiple RWS sites globally, ensuring efficient HR data management and compliance. This role is responsible for executing and refining administrative processes within the companys HR system, maintaining data integrity, consistency, and alignment with global and local standards.
