Role: BI Developer

Exp : 5-8 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Skill: MicroStrategy, SQL, Dossiers, Schema

5+ years of experience with Microstrategy, SAS, Erwin, Tableau as a developer
Ability to own and drive to resolution of issues
Strong interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment (conference calls, Teams, Slack, face-to-face)
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and on multiple assignments at once
Experience functioning & executing work in a fast-paced iterative environment such as Agile
Demonstrated initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrated creative thinking
Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
Demonstrated sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to guide / mentor other administrators and troubleshoot issues
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in related field
10+ years of experience as a BI developer
Experience with Cloud technologies and using Microstrategy products in the cloud
Experience in Insurance and/or financial services industry
Experience using JIRA Service Desk and Confluence
Unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical while also having a strong and deep technical background in BI, analytics and reporting
