Job Description

• Install, configure, and upgrade Cognos and Informatica application components, including servers, clients, and related tools.
• Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of Cognos and Informatica environments.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cognos and Informatica applications, databases, servers, and integrations.
• Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and implementation.
• Implement and enforce best practices for Cognos and Informatica administration, security, and performance tuning.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Cognos and Informatica environments.
• Coordinate with vendors for product support, patches, upgrades, and license management.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Cognos and Informatica technologies.
• Document technical processes, procedures, and configurations.
