Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing paperwork and orientation materials.
  • Help coordinate employee training sessions and engagement activities.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and compliance regulations as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling interviews and filing documents.
Qualifications:
  • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior HR or office experience is a plus but not required.
