Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage a team of  3-4  sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in B2B sales, focusing on key accounts and new business development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Identify new business prospects through networking, market research, and industry events to expand the company's presence in the region.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies, improve performance metrics, and drive growth.

Job Requirements :

  • 8-14 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales management in an NBFC or fintech organization.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Excellent team handling skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
