Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the demand intake process, collaborating with various business units to capture, evaluate, and prioritize new business demands.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories to ensure seamless communication with development and delivery teams.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecyclefrom planning and execution to rollout and post-implementation support.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder reviews, monitor progress through KPIs, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project execution.
  • Required Skills:
  • resources with IT experience in IT/ project management and demand management is must
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in demand management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
