Job Description
We are looking for an experienced UI / UX Lead to drive and enhance the user experience of our cutting-edge educational ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs, and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that enhance user experience
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure seamless implementation of designs by partnering with development teams
- Lead and mentor a high-performing UI/UX team
- Manage design projects from conception to execution in an agile environment
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs
Education & Experience :
- bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information technology
- masters degree in Designing (UI/UX, Graphic, or Visual Communication)
- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles
- Experience in creating and managing design systems
- Excellent visual design and user experience since
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
