- Company Description Wings of Care is a trusted healthcare centre specializing in acupuncture, homoeopathy, and a range of alternative treatments. With two branches in Calicut (operating as Alom Care) and one in Palakkad, we are dedicated to holistic healing and patient-centered care. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Palghat for a Customer Service Representative at Wings Of Care. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, scheduling appointments and delivering excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities: Must be genuine, dependable and punctual to work Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment bookings Verify patient information and ensure accurate data entry into medical records Communicate effectively with medical staff to coordinate schedules Resolve patient concerns or escalate them as needed to the appropriate personnel Maintain a clean and organized work environment Comply with all privacy and confidentiality regulations Qualification: High school diploma No previous experience required- All trainings provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency to read and write Malayalam, must understand basic English Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure A positive attitude and strong work ethic Work Schedule: 10:00AM to 6:30PM (Monday to Saturday) (*Subject to change) Breaks provided Meals not included,
