Job Description
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather clear and concise business requirements.
- Assist in identifying business needs and translating them into actionable requirements.
- Collaborate with senior business analysts and project managers to ensure allrequirements are aligned with business objectives.
- Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuringclarity and mutual understanding of requirements.
- Assist in creating and maintaining key project documentation such as BusinessRequirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and UseCases.
- Follow existing business analysis processes and methodologies to ensureconsistency in project execution.
- Maintain process documentation and contribute to process improvements whereapplicable.
- Collaborate with various teams including developers, testers, project managers,and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologiesrelevant to business analysis.
- Proactively seek opportunities for professional development, such as trainingcourses, certifications, or attending relevant conferences.
- Prior internship or academic experience in business analysis or relatedfields is a plus, but not required.
- Strong interest in learning about business processes and how technologysolutions can be applied.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diversestakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques
- Willingness to learn and apply new concepts in business analysis.
- Basic understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies
