Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Executive to join our team. This role will focus on driving new business by qualifying suitable / relevant leads. You will be working closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities and ensure we achieve sales targets consistently. You will need to be an ambitious, proven new business development specialist with a passion for technology and showcasing the unique opportunities.

Requirements
Lead Generation:
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and industries aligned with our services.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and engage target prospects.
  • Utilize various channels, including online platforms, social media, and industry events, to generate leads.
Market Analysis:
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for lead generation.
  • Stay abreast of industry news and developments to refine lead generation strategies.
Campaign Development:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and content that resonate with the target audience.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics and feedback.
Outreach and Relationship Building:
  • Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients through personalized outreach efforts.
  • Nurture relationships with leads through various touch points to move them through the sales funnel.
Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to the management team.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate on strategies to enhance lead conversion rates and overall sales performance.
Experience & Skills :
  • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role in the IT service providing company.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
