About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Strategy Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a recent MBA graduate with 0-2 years of experience, possessing excellent communication skills and a confident approach to engaging with clients. The role involves identifying business opportunities, creating compelling presentations, and driving the growth of the companys portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
• Create and deliver high-impact presentations (PPT) to potential clients
• Engage in lead generation and client outreach
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings
• Support in business strategy development

Qualifications

• MBA (Freshers to 2 years of experience)

Required Skills

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Confident and proactive in client-facing situations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
