We are looking for a Senior Staff Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge SaaS products that tackle planet-scale challenges. This role involves working with real-time data from billions of miles and building systems that process hundreds of millions of IoT sensory inputs daily.
- Design, develop, and own SaaS products that solve large-scale, real-time data problems.
- Build highly scalable systems capable of processing massive volumes of IoT data.
- Translate product requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Lead projects through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Develop efficient, cloud-hosted services and robust data pipelines.
- Strong programming expertise in Java and Spring Boot .
- Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals algorithms, data structures, OOP, and SQL.
- Good understanding of database internals and schema design for RDBMS and NoSQL systems.
- Proven experience in designing low-latency APIs for large datasets.
- Expertise in building scalable data processing pipelines .
- Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-hosted environments.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development best practices.
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
