Role - Senior IT Recruiter (Full time role)
Job Description-
Understand the manpower requirements of clients. Involve in recruitment planning & implementation. Sourcing of CV's from various channels like own database, portals, social networking sites etc and induct new sources for CV's. Interviewing candidates, coordinating their selection process with clients.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Candidate should have a strong urge and commitment to serve people and positively impact their lives. Should be interested to pursue career in recruitment function.
Education: BSc/MSc/BCOM/BCA/BBA graduates with Post Graduation in HR OR Engineering Graduates/MCA/MCM's (willing to pursue their career in recruitment function)
Should have excellent academic background. Flair for internet browsing, researching & should be service oriented. Should have excellent written & spoken communication skills. Should be comfortable with computers and using MS office. Good interpersonal skills and team player.
We would prefer candidates who are staying in and around Kharadi/Chandan Nagar/Viman Nagar area in Pune.
Women professionals who may have taken a career break due to personal reasons and are now available for starting a 2nd career in recruitment can also apply.
Working Time (Hours)- 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (On Weekdays) also 9.30 AM to 1.30 PM (On 2nd and 4th Saturdays), 1st and 3rd Saturday OFF
