    Job Title: Project Manager/Team Leader: (1 Nos)

    Location: Patna

    Duration: 30 Months (6 month Implementation and 24- month operational support)

     

    Job Details.

    a. Job role:

    End to End responsibility of project deliverable.

    Weekly review of the project with the nodal officer

    Monthly review of the project with management

    Coordination with other solution providers

    Conducting training for system users and IT / admin team

    Discussion with BSPHCL& DISCOMs and its officials and finalize high-level design covering workflows and functional requirements.

    Development & finalization of SRS requirements with BSPHCL& DISCOMs and its officials

    b. Qualification:

    B.Tech/BE in CS/IT/ECE/BSc IT/BCA with PGDM/MBA/MSc-IT/MCA

    c. Experience:

    12+ years of experience in IT/ITES industry

    Minimum 5+ years of experience in power sector.

    At least experience of 02 relevant assignments in Design & Development, testing and implementation of CRM software.

     

    Job Title: IT Expert: (1 Nos)

    Location: Patna

    Duration: 30 Months (6 month Implementation and 24- month operational support)

     

    a. Job role:

    Overall monitoring of the project

    Key nodal person of the bidder

    Monthly review of the project with management

    Development & finalization of SRS requirements with BSPHCL & DISCOMs and its officials

    Training of system users and IT / admin team and submission of user manual and admin manual

    b. Qualification:

    B.Tech/BE in CS/IT/ECE/BSc IT/BCA with M.Tech/MSc-

    IT/MCA

    c. Experience:

    12+ years of experience in IT/ITES industry.

    Minimum 4+ years of experience in power sector.

    Should have experience of relevant assignments in Design & Development, testing and implementation of CRM software.

     

    Job Title: Application Development Expert: (2 Nos).

    Location: Patna

    Duration: 30 Months (6 month Implementation and 24- month operational support)

     

    a. Job role:

    Design &Development of CRM application/software, its configuration & troubleshooting

    Design &Development of Mobile App and its configuration

    Testing & Deployment of all 11 modules

    Preparation of user manual and admin manual & its submission

    b. Qualification:

    B.Tech/B.E. in CS/IT/ECE/BCA/MCA/MSC-IT

    c. Experience:

    7+Years of Experience in power /IT sector

    5+ years of experience as a developer with expertise on CRM software development, MIS and others IT applications.

     

    Job Title: Application Support Team: (3 Nos)

    Location: Patna

    Duration: 30 Months (6 month Implementation and 24- month operational support)

     

    a. Job role:

    Backend operational support to BSPHCL, NBPDCL & SBPDCL including other stakeholders

    Bug Testing and sorting out issues if any

    Training of system users and IT / admin team and submission of user manual and admin manual

    b. Qualification:

    B.Tech/B.E. in CS/IT/ECE/BCA/MCA/MSC-IT

    c. Experience:

    7+Years of Experience in power /IT sector

    5+ years of experience sector specific to CRM software development, MIS and others IT applications.

    Experience in using & troubleshooting IT based MIS dashboard for monitoring.

     

    Job Title: Circle coordinators: (20 Nos)

    Location: Patna

    Duration: 30 Months (6 month Implementation and 24- month operational support)

     

    a. Job role:

    MIS generation and sharing with officers at circle& division level

    Training of FRT and other officers at circle & division level

    b. Qualification: B.Tech/BE/BCA

    c. Experience:

    3+ Years of Experience in running /maintaining CRM software/applications.

    2+ Years of experience in running MIS reports, data analysis and analytics.

     

    Job Title: Technical support at call center: (1no. per shift

    (total 4 no. including an helping hand- reliever)

    Location: Patna

    Duration: 30 Months (6 month Implementation and 24- month operational support)

     

    a. Job role:

    In order to effectively run the system and to provide the 24x7 support, 4 resources needs to be

    deputed for customer care center

    1 resource will be available in each shifts. Technical support shall ensure the SLA of the software and shall hand hold the customer care center agents for any software related issues. He shall coordinate with backend teams as may be required.

    b. Qualification:B.Tech/BE /BCA

    c. Experience:

    Minimum 3 years of experience in operating CRM system and Dialer/CUCM/EPBAX environment and voice related tools and software.
