    Role Summary:

    • We are looking for experienced Freelance HR Recruiters to join our growing network.

    • This is a performance-based, remote opportunity with flexible work hours.

    • Recruiters will be paid on a per-joining basis as per the payout structure available on the EarlyJobs portal.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understand the hiring needs of clients by coordinating with hiring managers or internal teams.

    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates.

    • Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media to find suitable profiles.

    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

    • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.

    • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with both candidates and hiring teams.

    • Share feedback and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.

    • Maintain candidate data, track recruitment progress, and ensure a smooth process from sourcing to joining.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in HR recruitment, preferably in a freelance or remote setup.

    • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.

    • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to independently manage multiple roles and priorities.

    • Familiarity with ATS tools and online sourcing methods.

    • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

    • HR certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus but not mandatory.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • 100% remote role with complete flexibility in working hours.

    • Earn a fixed payout or 35% of the candidates annual CTC (as listed on the EarlyJobs portal) after the candidate completes 90 days of employment.

    • Access to continuous hiring assignments and long-term client relationships.
