We are looking for experienced Freelance HR Recruiters to join our growing network.
This is a performance-based, remote opportunity with flexible work hours.
Recruiters will be paid on a per-joining basis as per the payout structure available on the EarlyJobs portal.
Understand the hiring needs of clients by coordinating with hiring managers or internal teams.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media to find suitable profiles.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with both candidates and hiring teams.
Share feedback and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
Maintain candidate data, track recruitment progress, and ensure a smooth process from sourcing to joining.
Previous experience in HR recruitment, preferably in a freelance or remote setup.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple roles and priorities.
Familiarity with ATS tools and online sourcing methods.
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
HR certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus but not mandatory.
100% remote role with complete flexibility in working hours.
Earn a fixed payout or 35% of the candidates annual CTC (as listed on the EarlyJobs portal) after the candidate completes 90 days of employment.
