- Role: Associate/Sr. Associate - HR Systems
- Experience: 1+ years
- Job Type: Work From Office
- Location: Hyderabad (Brigade Towers)
- Working Hours: 9 Hours per day, 6 days a week
- Requirements: Having a laptop would be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
- Handle routine HR tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and introductions to company policies.
- Contribute to internal communication efforts, including the follow ups related to HR-related information.
- Checking the new joiners attendance on a daily basis and sharing the status with concerned stakeholders.
- Handle basic employee inquiries and assist in resolving HR-related issues under supervision.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and other initiatives as needed.
Requirements and Skills:
- Preferably Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 1+ years experience as an Onboarding Associate or a similar role in the Human Resources Department in any MNC is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Solution Oriented mindset.
