Job Description
- We are hiring a self-motivated Project Manager to drive the team to make sure we have successful regular sync meetings with the CVP of our organization
- The successful candidate will work with many members of the team in gathering input, driving topic ownership, ensuring we are fully prepared for the meetings, and effectively communicating all important information and actions
- The individual will need to have great communication skills, be detail orientated, and Teams experience
- Specific responsibilities include: Maintain an up-to-date agenda list and all relevant data (ex: topic, owner, date to be reviewed, etc)
- Communications
- Drive the prep ROB: scheduling additional meetings as necessary Taking meeting notes, actions & next steps
Requirements
Prior project management experience
Solid communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams to store & share all relevant information
Be a creative problem solver
