JOB DESCRIPTION OF AGENCY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - HEALTH INSURANCE

JD:
-Recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.
- Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
- Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA certification.
- Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.
- Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.

Specification:

Any graduate - Interested for Health Insurance

Candidates who has an ability of leading a team

Freshers preferable
