We are currently seeking a Testing Engineering Specialist to join our team in BANGALORE, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Senior Tester:
Experience: 5 years and above.
Preference - Banking domain/Fraud claims prior Experience.
Domain: Knowledge / experience in user acceptance testing and fraud claims or similar financial systems.
Creation of Test case: detailed and reusable test cases for complex business scenarios.
Mentoring and coaching: junior testers to adhere to best practices.
Collaboration: With other stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements and create a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). And to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the Fraud Claims System.
Execution: Prioritize and critical test cases analyze results
Defect Tracking : Log in defects with clear documentation as well work closely with Developer for solution.
Consultation: Work and seek domain consultation for domain-specific validations.
Test Strategy: Involve in preparation of test strategies, test plan, test cases for medium scale lower complex products.
Release requirement: Execute test plans and test cases ensuring that they meet provided requirements and/or features of the releases
Review: Involve in peer review of Junior Testers on complex requirements.

1. Must be ready to work in Global Village, Bangalore
2. Must be ready to work in US Shift (04:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST)
