Job Description
Purpose:
The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle materials, manpower, and coordinate with clients across various site locations within Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor work progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain the project schedule and budget.
- Manage and coordinate activities of contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure seamless operations and project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, and labor attendance to track performance and project status.
- Ensure the proper documentation of the Site and communicate to contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the Project.
- Proactively resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline and quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience as Site Engineer / Supervisor
- Ability to analyze the project and share the timely recommendation
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
