This role requires deep expertise in sourcing top tech talent and includes oversight of junior HR team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical role requirements and hiring
strategies.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for roles like Full Stack Developers, DevOps
Engineers, QA Engineers, and more.
Conduct interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
Manage interview coordination, offer rollouts, and onboarding processes.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Mentor and oversee junior HR/recruiters, ensuring smooth hiring operations.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Minimum 4 years in IT/technical recruitment.
Strong understanding of tech stacks, tools, and modern IT roles.
Prior experience leading or mentoring recruiters is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
