We are looking for a Customer service executive to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings with buyers, and keeping the management system up to date.
This role requires own laptop and a reliable internet connection.
You should be able to manage administrative projects efficiently and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings
- Place orders
- Manage a contact list
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Organize managers Google Keep.
- Perform market research
- Create documents, as assigned
- Address employees administrative queries
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact
Requirements:
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Graduates or above are preferred
- Should have a close environment without any background noise
FLUENT, ADVANCED LEVEL ENGLISH IS A MUST.
This position entails remote work during night hours (IST) .

Pay: 28,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month in hand Salary
