Job Description

1) Manage the Concrete operating company in accordance with the policies, principles, philosophy, and procedures established by Corporate Management with regard to personnel, customers, facilities and equipment. 2) Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. 3) Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. 4) Reviews production goals and product quality, while working with Operations Manager to modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance sales valume and profitable operations. 5) New Business soursing and Payment followups etc.
