Job Description

• Strong acumen in Microsoft D365 development and integration
• Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile iterative delivery practices
• Programming skills in all of the following: X++, C#, T-SQL, PowerShell, XML, and JSON
• Knowledge of best practices for IT Operations in an always-up, always-available service
• Ability to build consensus amongst your peers around driving direction
• Self-driving, with strong organizational skills
• Proven influence, mentoring, and coaching skills
• Patience to teach others, but persistent enough to keep progress moving quickly.
• Strong instincts and methodologies for troubleshooting, identifying root cause and responding to solutions for a wide range of technologies
• Strong understanding of IT Security and related methodologies
• Clear, concise communication skills
• Assertive, motivated and willing to take initiative to fix problems
• Well versed in Azure infrastructure deployment and management
• Experience with helping teams absorb new ideas and change.
