Here s a brief overview of the key responsibilities and skills required for this position Responsibilities Client Relationship Management o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed. Project Leadership o Lead project teams to deliver MDM solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client s satisfaction. o Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams. o Establish and manage project timelines and plans, ensuring milestones are met. Data Governance o Oversee the implementation of MDM strategies and solutions. o Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. o Manage data integration, migration, and maintenance processes. Risk Management o Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. o Resolve any issues or problems faced by clients, maintaining trust and satisfaction. Reporting and Analysis o Prepare and present reports on project performance and data metrics to stakeholders. o Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills:
