Process and track payments, ensuring they are recorded correctly in our financial systems.
Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary billing information and resolve any billing-related issues.
Generate and maintain billing reports for auditing purposes.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing billing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of billing and accounting principles.
Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
