Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

>Supervise and lead the outbound warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.

>Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, order assembly, and dispatch of goods.

>Maintain large inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliation.

>Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.

>Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure seamless outbound operations.

>Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

>Generate and analyze reports related to inventory, shipments, and team performance using advanced Excel tools.

>Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and morale.

>Handle documentation and reporting for outbound processes and KPIs.

>Implement continuous improvement practices to optimize space, cost, and time in outbound operations.
