Sales Coordinator @ Team Computers

Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing and coordinating sales activities for IT hardware products including Data Center, Server, Storage, Laptop, Desktop, Networking, and AV Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotes and proposals.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
• Track sales orders, manage inventory status, and ensure smooth documentation.
• Support in pricing, customer follow-ups, and handling basic client queries.
• Maintain sales records and generate regular sales reports.
  

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in IT hardware sales coordination.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware products and solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other sales tracking tools.
