Job Description

  • To Work on the Incidents/SRs/PBIs assigned are resolved within the SLA.
  • Work in association with the operations team, implementation of operational demands, server/application health monitoring.
  • Suggest and implement service improvements.
  • Work in collaboration with dev/test/environment team for the delivery of the projects.
  • L2 support for WIAM platform includes Incident Management, Problem Management, Operational demands, Service requests management, BAU health , maintenance activities and Infrastructure support.
