We are looking for a HR Admin Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers or those with some experience. The person will support the HR and admin department in day-to-day office work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee documentation
  • Take photocopies and scans of important documents
  • Organize and maintain files properly
  • Support in data entry and record keeping
  • Help in preparing and updating employee records
  • Assist with other basic admin tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
  • Good with organizing and filing work
  • Honest, hardworking, and responsible
