Job Description

Hiring: Customer Support Executive

Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO or sales is preferred
  • Knowledge of mutual funds is required
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory

Work Schedule:

  • 6-day work with 1 rotational off
  • Day Rotational shift timing

Interview Rounds:

  1. HR Round
  2. Assessment
  3. Operational Round
  4. Client Round

Salary Package:

  • 16,500 Take-home
  • 19,000 CTC
  • Language allowance applicable after 3 months
