Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Level 2 (L2) Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve moderately complex issues in Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
  • Perform mailbox migrations, shared mailbox configuration, and advanced email flow troubleshooting.
  • Manage O365 licenses, groups, roles, and user policies.
  • Configure and troubleshoot MFA, conditional access policies, and compliance settings.
  • Support PowerShell-based scripting for automation or bulk tasks (e.g., user provisioning, reporting).
  • Coordinate with Microsoft support or for partner / vendor for critical issue resolution.

Required Technical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Aprx 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365/O365 in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 Admin Center and related services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive etc).
  • Good understanding of Azure AD concepts.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Service desk).
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell for M365 tasks is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
