Role: Front-End Lead
We are looking for a passionate Front-End Lead with 8+ years of experience to spearhead our front-end development efforts. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, along with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front-End Architecture & Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable front-end applications using React.js.
- Component Development: Build and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- JavaScript & TypeScript Expertise: Write efficient, modular, and reusable code, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
- State Management: Implement state management solutions using tools like Redux or Flux.
- API Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and implement authentication mechanisms such as JWT.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance using build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
- Responsive & Accessible UI: Design and implement responsive layouts that provide an optimal experience across various devices and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers while mentoring junior developers to enhance their technical skills.
- Version Control & CI/CD: Manage codebase changes efficiently using Git and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Ensure that front-end development aligns with user experience and design best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our front-end stack.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of hands-on front-end development experience, with a strong focus on React.js and JavaScript.
Must-Have Skills:
- React.js & JavaScript: Deep expertise in building high-performance applications.
- TypeScript: Strong understanding of type safety and improved tooling benefits.
- State Management: Experience with Redux or Flux.
- HTML5 & CSS3: Proficiency in semantic HTML and modular CSS using LESS or SASS.
- RESTful APIs & JWT: Ability to integrate front-end components with backend services and implement secure authentication.
- Build Tools: Experience with Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
- Version Control: Proficiency in Git and Git workflows.
- Responsive Design & CSS Frameworks: Experience with Bootstrap, Material UI, or Tailwind CSS.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or Agile frameworks.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with other JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js or Angular.
- Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
