Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer for our Dubai-based client. This role requires extensive experience with Node.js & MongoDB.

What You'll Do-

Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Enhance and optimize existing features to improve user experience and performance.

Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services for payment/OTP verification.

Implement best practices in security, performance, and maintainability.

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create an intuitive and seamless user experience.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software as needed.

Work with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for hosting and deployment.

What Were Looking For-

4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on the MERN stack.

Expertise in React.js (hooks, Redux) and Node.js (Express is a plus).

Experience with MongoDB (aggregation pipelines, indexing, performance tuning).

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs is a plus.

Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).

Knowledge of front-end technologies like Tailwind, CSS.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment.

Prior experience working on booking platforms, marketplaces, or event management platforms is a plus.

Start-up experience is a plus.
