We're Hiring: Sales Leader IT Staffing Services (15+ Years Exp.)
Locations: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai

Are you a strategic sales professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth? Join our team and take charge of end-to-end business development and client acquisition in the dynamic IT staffing space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and customized proposals to prospective clients.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in staffing services.
  • Lead new client acquisition efforts by engaging with key stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Independently manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers to identify business opportunities and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
  • Generate and nurture leads, identify key decision-makers, and schedule client meetings.
  • Provide client servicing, take briefings, gather feedback, and manage account relationships.
  • Focus on acquiring clients in GCC / GIC / Captive sectors and bring in Application Development and Support projects.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of staffing accounts with a strong focus on delivery excellence.
  • Lead by example, mentor sales teams, and manage time and client engagement plans effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Staffing Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Proven ability to acquire and grow enterprise accounts across geographies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of staffing business operations and end-to-end delivery.
