Technical Lead - Dot Net @ Appinventiv

Job Description

• Lead and oversee the development of web applications using ASP.NET, C#, and .NETCore.

• Architect, design, and develop highly scalable, performant, and secure solutions.

• Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, project deadlines, and quality assurance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA, together requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

• Drive technical discussions and decisions, and provide expertise in solution architecture and system design.

• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and enforce best practices in development.

• Ensure the team adheres to Agile processes and participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and lead efforts to resolve them.

• Oversee the deployment of applications, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

• Keep up with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices, and apply them to improve team performance

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Core.

• Strong expertise in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Microservices Architecture.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React.

• Solid understanding of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Version Control Systems (e.g., Git), and DevOps tools.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.

• Strong grasp of design patterns, OOP, and SOLID principles.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
