Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage Network Infrastructure (Network Switches/Firewall//Wifi devices, Internet connectivity, IPsec, network security.
Provide support to End User devices(Windows, Mac, and Linux Laptops/desktops/printers)
Provide Support on standard Windows Applications, (Windows OS/Office/email client/backup/Endpoint security/ etc..)
Coordinate with relevant vendors for ISP/Landline/Phone hardware/CCTV/Access control etc.
Managing OS patches, Endpoint security software.
Management of Video conferencing equipment.
