Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning content, including modules, microlearning, and assessments.
  
• Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles.
  
• Review content for accuracy, clarity, and quality.
  
• Ensure adherence to WCAG 2.0, copyright norms, and internal guidelines.
  
• Collaborate with SMEs and media teams to deliver projects on time.
  
• Mentor junior designers and support quality assurance processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in instructional design and digital learning content.
  
• Familiar with quality frameworks, content review, and project coordination.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
