Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (if required).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO voice process or similar industry.
- Fresher can also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi speaking language.
- Strong computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluent English language skills for clear understanding of customer queries.
Technical/System Requirements for Work From Home
- System: Core i5 7th Gen or above, 8GB RAM
- Camera: Mandatory
- Internet Speed: Minimum 20 Mbps
