Job Description
Position: HR & Sales Intern
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in Pune)
Stipend: 3,000/month + Incentives
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR & Sales Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential candidates, taking regular updates, pitching our services, maintaining databases, and supporting basic recruitment activities. This is a great opportunity to gain real-time experience in both HR and Sales domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with candidates for updates and status checks.
- Confidently pitch our services to potential clients or candidates.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases in Excel/Sheets.
- Support with screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Handle general recruitment and sales-related administrative tasks.
- Ensure professional and effective communication in English.
Requirements:
- Must be currently based in Pune (despite the remote work setup).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
