What Youll Do
As a UI/UX Designer at Catalys, you'll bridge performance and design crafting user experiences that not only look great but perform even better.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Design seamless and responsive UI for web and mobile platforms
2. Conduct user research, user interviews and competitor analysis to to create and understand user journeys.
3. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to design seamless user experiences across our tech platforms and campaign landing pages.
4. Translate product and marketing strategies into user flows, wire-frames, prototypes, and final UI designs.
5. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive user experiences across SaaS products and campaign landing pages.
6. Optimize UI/UX for performance and engagement using A/B tests and user behavior analytics.
7. Ensure brand consistency across all touch-points
8. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs post development
What Were Looking For
Skills & Experience
1. 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or web design, preferably in a SaaS, digital agency or marketing-focused environment
2. Proficiency with Figma (and optionally Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools).
3. Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design and usability testing
4. Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
5. Knowledge of conversion-focused design practices and data-informed UX optimization is a huge plus.
6. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries for scalable product design.
7. Strong portfolio showcasing impactful marketing or landing page designs
8. Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Google Optimize, or other UX analytics platforms
