Job Description

Position: Corporate Admin Executive

Location: North Goa


Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Admin Executive to oversee and manage administrative operations for Team Computers across PAN India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing licensing, property coordination, and vendor relationships while supporting the business

needs of both companies.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Licensing & Compliance Management:

  • Manage, track, and ensure all company licenses, registrations, and legal documents are up-to-date.
  • Handle renewals of business permits, government approvals, and regulatory compliances.
  • Collaborate with legal teams and authorities to resolve licensing-related concerns.

2. Property Management:

  • Act as the central point of contact for property acquisition, leasing, renewals, and negotiations across locations.
  • Oversee property agreements, rentals, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate maintenance, utility setups, and facility management for offices, hotels, and resort properties.

3. Vendor Management:

  • Identify, negotiate, and on board vendors for facilities, housekeeping, logistics, and related services.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring timely deliveries and quality of services.
  • Monitor vendor performance and resolve escalations, discrepancies, or conflicts.

4. Operations Management:

  • Supervise PAN India administrative activities, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Provide logistical support for both companies, including travel, event coordination, and office supplies management.
  • Manage asset inventory across locations, including procurement and maintenance.

5. Cross-Company Coordination:

  • Serve as a liaison between both companies to streamline administrative and operational processes.
  • Align administrative strategies and implement best practices acrossTeam Computers.
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and MIS related to admin and property management.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in administrative, property, or vendor management roles, preferably in a multi-location environment.

Proven experience managing large-scale operations across PAN India.

Strong knowledge of licensing, compliance, and property leasing processes.

Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.

Willingness to travel as required.
