Shift: US Shift (Night EST/PST)

What Youll Do:
- Lead IT projects across software development, infrastructure, and digital transformation
- Collaborate directly with US clients and internal teams
- Manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement
- Deliver measurable results while ensuring high-quality standards

Preferred candidate profile

What Were Looking For:
- 5+ years in IT project management (US client experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, Jira, Trello, and more
- PMP/CSM certifications (preferred)
- Flexibility to work US hours (EST/PST)
