Job Description

The role involves managing overall marketing operations within a CRM system and ensuring effective lead nurturing and conversion strategies are in place, take ownership of market research, business research, and campaign management to support the sales and marketing teams in Americas region.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Executing end-to-end email campaigns throughout the entire prospect lifecycle, focusing on lead generation, qualification, and building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Grow MQLs from inbound conversions and build the marketing funnel.
  • Understanding different business verticals, penetrating them and execute marketing activity according to the predefined plan and achieve the target.
  • Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns as a part of the overall lead-nurturing process.
  • Build database manually and from secondary research LinkedIn, events, and tools such as Apollo.io, etc.
  • Utilize different social media to research and engage with prospects.
  • Social selling and lead generation through chatbots and other acquisition channels.
  • Document prospect conversations and updates in the system with clear, concise notes.
  • Reporting, tracking, and optimizing overall marketing campaigns.
  • Converting inbound prospects to leads through lead nurtures across multiple channels.
  • Must have a strong understanding of SEO and its implementation in blog writing and editing prior to publication.
  • Must be capable of interpreting marketing campaign metrics, such as open rates, and proactively engaging in cold calling to nurture and convert cold leads into qualified prospects.
  • Must possess a minimum of 2 years experience in B2B marketing focused on the U.S. market.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in Inside Sales/ Market Research and Sales-related Business Processes.
  • MBA (marketing)or PG equivalent.
Skills required:
  • Should be good in lead generation, identification, and creating new market opportunities through activities like email marketing, social selling (LinkedIn), and market research.
  • Should have excellent communication skills, oral and written skills.
  • Understanding of technology selling.
  • Must have a strong understanding of digital marketing and can flexibly move between different responsibilities of a marketing campaign.
  • Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software is required.
  • Hands-on knowledge of working with leading Marketing Automation tools is preferred. HubSpot, Agile CRM, and experience is a big plus.
  • Comfortable working in overlapping shifts and night shifts for US markets.
