Infor CRM Technical Consultant/Syncsite Kolkata 28th Dec 2023 Immediate opening for a Infor CRM Technical Consultant/Syncsite Skills Required :

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Infor CRM solutions.

Customize and configure Infor CRM to align with client requirements.

Develop and implement data migration strategies.

Integrate Syncsite components seamlessly with Infor CRM.

Troubleshoot and resolve any Syncsite integration issues.

Collaborate with development teams for optimal system performance.

Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation phase.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and customize solutions accordingly.

Document all technical configurations, customizations, and integration processes.

Create user manuals and provide training to end-users.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
