Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and relationship-oriented Key Account Manager B2B Sales to manage and grow
our portfolio of corporate clients, travel partners, and institutional accounts for our holiday packages business. The
ideal candidate will have strong experience in the B2B travel industry, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth,
nurture high-value accounts, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
You will act as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients, understand their travel needs, and work cross-
functionally to deliver customized holiday solutions that align with their goals and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Client Servicing:



Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts including corporates, travel
management companies (TMCs), travel agencies, and B2B distributors.
Understand clients' business models, travel behaviors, and seasonal needs to proactively offer relevant and
competitive holiday packages.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement, service excellence, and timely
resolution of queries or issues.
Sales & Revenue Generation:


Develop and execute account-specific sales plans to meet and exceed assigned revenue and profitability
targets.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and generate leads for cross-selling and up-
selling.


Prepare and deliver impactful business proposals, client presentations, and pricing negotiations.
Track, analyse, and report sales performance metrics regularly, and forecast revenue from key accounts.
Strategic Planning & Market Expansion:



Identify new segments, corporate clusters, and strategic B2B partnerships to expand the holiday packages
vertical.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize offerings and pricing
strategies.
Collaborate with the product team to tailor holiday packages based on market demand and client feedback.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination:

Work closely with operations, marketing, finance, and customer support teams to ensure seamless
onboarding, fulfilment, and after-sales service.



Participate in product brainstorming, feedback loops, and campaign planning for B2B promotions.
Qualifications & Experience:







Bachelors degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
48 years of proven experience in B2B travel sales, especially in managing key accounts or corporate travel.
Strong network of B2B travel partners, corporate clients, or institutional contacts.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing high-value relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Experience:

Experience in selling customized leisure or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) travel
packages.


Familiarity with Online travel portals, CRM etc.
Exposure to international destinations and understanding of outbound travel dynamics.
