- 5 - 7 Years 1 Opening Bangalore Role description : Mandatory Skills: QA Testing, QA Automation, Java, Selenium Skill to Evaluate: QA Testing, QA Automation, Java, Selenium Experience:5 to 8 Years Location:Bengaluru Job Description: As a QA Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and verification processes. Your role will involve designing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test automation scripts. You will collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand the requirements and functionality of our products, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that all software releases meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, document, and maintain test plans and test cases based on software requirements and specifications. * Perform functional, regression, performance, and load testing to identify defects and ensure software performance. * Automate test cases using appropriate testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and coverage. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and address any issues throughout the software development lifecycle. * Analyze test results, report bugs, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase effectiveness and efficiency. - Participate in code reviews and provide input on software design and architecture from a quality perspective. Skills and Tools Required: - Proficiency in software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG. - Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, or JavaScript. - Familiarity with bug tracking systems like JIRA. * Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices. * Experience with mobile testing and/or API testing tools like Postman is a must. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. - Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
