Job Title: Relationship Officer Gold Loan (Field Sales)

Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and dynamic individuals for the position of Relationship Officer Gold Loan across all its Bangalore branches. This is a front-line field sales role focused on promoting gold loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell gold loan products to potential customers.

• Build and maintain customer relationships for long-term engagement.

• Meet monthly sales targets as assigned by the branch.

• Carry out field visits and lead generation activities.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (Full-time 10+2+3 or 10+2+4) from a recognized college/university.

• Experience:

  • Freshers can apply

  • Candidates with prior BFSI or field sales experience are preferred

• Age: 21 to 30 years

• Mandatory:

  • Two-wheeler with valid Driving License

  • Willingness to do field sales work
